Equal opportunity
As an institute of the Leibniz Association, MBI fulfills the framework recommendation of WGL on gender equality between women and men based on the Federal Equal Opportunities Act (BgleiG).
Equal opportunities play an important role in the Leibniz evaluation process. The implementation of gender equality measures in the institutions is the subject of independent peer review and constitutes a reporting point in the evaluation report of the Senate Evaluation Committee (SAE), on the basis of which the decision is taken to further promote the institution.
